Dry Salt Therapy ( Halotherapy) is when a Halogenerator machine takes pure sodium chloride and grinds it into micro-sized particles and disperses it into the air in the salt cave. The particles are inhaled into the respiratory system, breaking loose and clearing out the "bad stuff" and boosting the immune system. Dry salt may reduce inflammation and open up airway passages with increased lung capacity and oxygen intake.
